وہ جوآمنہؓ کا یتیم ہے
He who is the orphan of Amina (RA)

وہ جوانبیاءؑ کا امام ہے
He who is the leader of all prophets

وہ کبھی ہےعرش پے جلوہ گر
At times, he is present in the heavens

کبھی بوریے پے قیام ہے
At times, he walks upon the earth


اسی مصطفیؐ پے درود ہے
Compliments to the very same Mustafa (PBUH)

اسی مجتبیؐ پے سلام ہے
Salutations belong to the same Mujtaba (PBUH)

سرِ فرش ان کا نظام ہے
His way is implemented across the land

سرِعرش ان کا ہی نام ہے
His name echoes in the heavens


کوئی خلق میں تو حضورؐ سا
No one has been created nor will be

نہ ہؤا نہ ہوگا نہ ہے کوئی
Who can match the Master (PBUH)


جو بھی مرتبہ تھا بلند تر
His status was the highest

شہہ انبیاءؑ پے تمام ہے
It culminated with the leadership of the prophets

کبھی پیٹ پیٹھ سے لگ گیا
At times, he faced hunger

کبھی خون میں وہ نہا گیا
At times, his body became bathed in blood

کبھی غار میں ہے پناہ گزیں
At times, he sought refuge in caves

کبھی لا مکاں میں قیام ہے
At times, he wandered without a shelter


کروں ناز اپنے نصیب پر
I would envy my own fate

جو حضورؐ کہہ دیں یہ حشر میں
If the Master (PBUH) would say on the Day of Judgement

جو کھڑا ہے عاقلِ نعت گو
‘This Aqil who recited in my praise

وہ ہمارے در کا غلام ہے
He is the servant of my home.’
